By using LeadMachine (“Service”, “we”, “our”), you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Use of the Service
   

   You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of a business.

   You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

   You are responsible for the data you submit to or collect via LeadMachine.

2. Acceptable Use
   

   You agree not to:

   • Use LeadMachine for illegal or unauthorized purposes
   • Scrape, hack, or exploit our services
   • Access any Instagram data without prior user authorization through Meta’s API
3. Data and Integrations
   

   You may authorize LeadMachine to access Instagram Business Accounts via Meta’s Graph API to retrieve public profile data for lead enrichment.

   We do not access private account content or post on your behalf.

   You retain full ownership of your business’s CRM and contact data.

4. Termination
   

   We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if you violate these terms or misuse our systems. You may cancel your account at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability
   

   LeadMachine is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance. In no event shall we be liable for indirect or incidental damages related to your use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms
   

   We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance.
